The simplest fold is the “square-ended” or “Hollywood Square”. This is done very simply as shown below.
For a most crisp look, simply iron your folded square. I always have a white square folded and pressed for those occasions where I want a neat, professional, but not ostentatious look. I use cotton, linen, and silk squares. It doesn’t really matter when I’m using the “Hollywood Square” style.
