In my personal experience, I have less joint pain in my bad knee. I happen to be out on the injured reserve list but it’s due to a ligament injury sustained to the back of my torn-up knee! The good news on that front, is that my physical tharapist told me on Friday that I will be playing hoops again this year with our next tourney scheduled for April at the Delaware Olympics…our tuneup for the Nationals in Cleveland!
